The purchaser's contract with The Food Hall S.L., will be subject to Spanish Law which will determine any item not stipulated specifically in these terms and Conditions.
The parties will not be responsible to each other for any consequential or indirect losses for non performance.
The parties will not be obliged to perform in the event of force majeure events which stop either of them from performing.

Any dispute arising from the intepretation or execution of these contractual conditions will be resolved by the courts of Madrid.
