1. Orders
- There is no minimum order quantity or value for placing orders.
- As The Food Hall S.L. cannot guarantee the quality of frozen products once they have left our care, these products cannot be ordered for delivery via the web site. For more information please contact the shop.
- The Food Hall S.L. reserves the right to cancel, or reject orders placed. In addition Food Hall S.L. reserves the right to delete or substitute specific items from orders, if these are not in stock on the required delivery day (see Stock Availability below).
2. Plazos de Entrega
- Orders placed via the web site will be normally be dispatched within 24 hours.
- Deliveries are made the next working day after dispatch.
- Deliveries are made by parcel carrier throughout the day, although most deliveries are made during the morning.
- Please make sure that someone will be available to receive the delivery.
3. If you are not in...
- The transport company Integra2 will make contact directly with you the next day to arrange re-delivery.
- If the second delivery fails the transport company will advise The Food Hall of the incident and we will get in touch by telephone and e-mail.
- The transport company may charge for changes to the delivery address or for more than two delivery attempts.
- Please make sure that someone will be available to receive the delivery.
4. Delivery Charges
Orders will be delivered by a national express courier service, normally Integra2. For special delivery requirements please contact: info@thefoodhall.es. Delivery Charges are as follows:
The Community of Madrid:
- For orders under 10 kilos in weight: 13€
- For orders of 10 kilos in weight and over: 16€
The Rest of Mainland Spain
- For orders under 10 kilos in weight: 15€
- For orders of 10 kilos in weight and over: 18€
Deliveries will not be made to PO boxes, hotels or any other form of non- specific address. The Food Hall S.L. reserves the right to reject any delivery address.
Products can be ordered for delivery anywhere in mainland Spain, subject to the customer's acceptance of the corresponding delivery charges and product restrictions.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands.
Please make the appropriate arrangements for someone to be at the delivery point to receive the order, sign for it and make payment if required.
5. Payment for goods
- It is possible to pay by credit card or cash on delivery.
- Credit card payments are processed via Visa 3d security which links to the bank that issues your credit card. There may be security questions asked which are controlled by your bank, not the Visa payment system.
- Any refunds agreed will be made to the same credit card that the customer used to pay for the order.
- For cash on delivery customers we will issue a discount voucher for use on the web.
- The owner of the credit card used for purchasing the goods will be required to sign for the receipt, upon delivery.
6. Stock Availability
- The Food Hall S.L. makes every effort to make sure that the products shown on the web site are in stock. Should for whatever reason a product, is no longer be available The Food Hall S.L. will endeavour to contact the client (by telephone or email) to agree changes. If contact is not made The Food Hall will provide a suitable substitute or should no substitute be available provide a refund.
7. Damages and Returns
- Any damaged products must be reported to The Food Hall immediately upon delivery.
- We cannot accept claims for damaged goods more than 24 hours after the delivery is completed.
- For goods damaged in transit, the transport companies delivery note must be signed to reflect the damages. Failure to do this may result in claims being rejected.
