As The Food Hall S.L. cannot guarantee the quality of frozen and chilled products once they have left our care, these products can only be ordered for delivery in the Home Delivery Service area. For more information please contact the shop.
The Food Hall S.L. reserves the right to cancel, or reject orders placed. In addition Food Hall S.L. reserves the right to delete or substitute specific items from orders, if these are not in stock on the required delivery day.

3. Delivery Charges
Products will be delivered either by The Food Hall S.L. s own home delivery service in the Home Delivery Service Area or by national express courier service, outside the Home Delivery Service Area. For special delivery requirements please contact: info@thefoodhall.es
A delivery charge of €9 is payable for all home delivery customers in the Home Delivery Service Area up to a total order value of €50 for Madrid post codes staring 280** and 70€ for all other post codes. Orders in the Home Delivery Service Area that pass these limits will be delivered free of charge.
For customers using the courier delivery service there is no delivery charge but the customer accepts to pay the courier's tariff rate for the delivery and the courier's terms and conditions.
Deliveries will not be made to PO boxes, hotels or any other form of non- specific address. The Food Hall S.L. reserves the right to reject any delivery address.
Products can be ordered for delivery anywhere in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands, subject to the customer's acceptance of the corresponding delivery charges and product restrictions.
Deliveries in the Home Delivery Service Area are made on specific days according to the delivery schedule as advised during the order process. Please make the appropriate arrangements for someone to be at the delivery point to receive the order and sign for it during the reserved delivery times.
Failed deliveries: Home delivery service. Failure to be present during the booked delivery time will result in a re-delivery charge of 9 euros which will be automatically charged to the purchasers credit card. To arrange re-delivery you should contact: info@thefoodhall.es
Failed deliveries: Courier delivery service. Please make the appropriate arrangements for someone to be at the delivery point to receive your goods. The delivery company SEUR will leave a note for you to contact them to arrange a new delivery. Both The Food Hall S.L. and SEUR reserve the right to charge for redelivery.
The Food Hall S.L. does not accept responsibility for damages during transit with the courier company. This is the responsibility of the courier company.
4. Payment for goods
It is possible to pay by credit card, bank transfer or cash on delivery
Credit card payments are processed via an SSL certified secure server using Visa 3d security.
Any refunds agreed will be made to the same credit card that the customer used to pay for the order.
The owner of the credit card used for purchasing the goods will be required to sign for the receipt, upon delivery.
5. Stock Availability
The Food Hall S.L. makes every effort to make sure that the products shown on the web site are in stock. Should, for whatever reason, a product no longer be available The Food Hall S.L. will provide a suitable substitute or, should no substitute be available, provide a refund.
6. Damages and Returns
Any damaged products must be reported to us immediately upon delivery, where a refund or replacement will be provided. We cannot accept claims for damaged goods after delivery is completed.
